The 7 Secrets of The Rich Man by Robert Allen
The 7 Secrets of The Rich Man - In one article, Robert Allen explain about seven "secrets" -- why a person can be rich or prosperous. Actually what is presented here is not a secret anymore, because besides the article was published free on the internet, I believe that seven secrets is already widely known before. Only, people often underestimate and have not really put it into practice, so the results have not yet seen.
The 7 secrets are :
1. Appreciate The Money
Appreciate your money, regardless of size. Even if you only have 50 cent only, appreciate your treasure is. The point to appreciate here is not meant just storing or saving, but rather to invest it.
Robert says that money is the seed of wealth. So, if you throw a sheet of 50 cent alone, this could mean that you throw away the seed that could potentially generate millions of dollars. Who knew 50 cent can be used to buy seeds of plants that can later develop into a business worth millions of dollars of plants?
2. Controlling the Money
According to Robert, there's a technique referred to as "Millionaire's Minute" so that we can control the money. That is, when shopping, rich people take advantage of one minute of his time before entering the store to decide what items they would buy. They will not buy their goods outside the list. Then they compare the prices of goods in the shop, and choose the most suitable. All it takes only about one minute.
Control of money means we must have full control or self control to keep spending.
3. Saving The Money
Since elementary school we had often been warned that saving is good for the future. Similarly, according to Robert. For example, if you are a smoker, you can stop so you can save the money you normally spend to buy cigarettes. Do not even use the money to buy other items that are not useful.
4. Investing The Money
If the first point the emphasis is on value, then the points this time the emphasis on investment. Once you can appreciate, control, and save every dollar you have, then it's time you invest your money in order to continue to breed.
5. Make Money
Looking for money means the active, distinct from investing money in which we are only waiting for the results. Robert said that we should be able to be your own boss for the money. In other words, we must learn to become an entrepreneur. Expect a salary or pension from one company alone can not make us safer.
6. Protecting the Money
Of course we must maintain and protect prices we have. This can be done to protect the business we do, such as "do not put your eggs in one basket". It’s mean, so do not just rely on one thing only. So, if one later destroyed our business, we still have another business that generates.
7. Giving
Sharing also means that we are grateful. Share by giving donations to mosques, churches, orphanages, etc. We are given a treasure by the God to be useful for ourselves and for others who would eventually become our stock in the eternal. (*)
